Lead local consultant to Vibelab, global leader in nighttime economies, and the City of Toronto in early development of the City’s night economy strategy and community consultations. Co-designed and facilitated consultation processes. Helped synthesize data and coordinate cooperation between three City divisions (Municipal Licensing & Standards, Economic Development & Culture, Zoning), and key representatives from several regional sectors (restaurants, bars, venues; music; entertainment; policing; health & safety, etc.)
